There is Hope for the Hopeless. . . . . .

Hold up, Stop! Listen & Pay Close Attention
Not everything is lost
Not everything has been forgotten
Your concerns, frustrations and worries
The times you have spent crying
The times you have said this life is not worth it
All this has gotten its merit
But just stop, stop for a moment and really listen
Pay close attention
There is hope for the hopeless
Stop carrying on as if no one is listening

We all want to be good at something
We all strive to make life happen
We all stumble and meet up with failure
But there is hope for the hopeless

Do you want to change your circumstance?
Do you wish you could change injustice, poverty?
Rid the world of hunger, war and prejudice?
Are you a simple minded person screaming for understanding?
Are you surrounded by all access to make things happen?
Yet, not a dent has been made to your sacrifice

Stop carrying on as if no one is listening
You are being heard and watched for all intention
Beyond what the cause may be
There is hope for the hopeless
Imagine now if only for a moment
All you have ever dreamed will happen
And all you have to do is pay close attention

Hope is looking forward with confidence or expectation
Faith is having a firm belief or complete trust in something that cannot be seen or touched.
Do you have it? Do you want it? Have you thought about it?
Life happens and questions arise and you remain hopeless
In this world that is envious, greedy and chaotic
What is your reasoning or interpretation of your existence?
Do you want to remain frustrated? Are you paying attention?
There is Hope for the Hopeless

My BEAUTIFUL
daughter where did the time go? It was just yesterday that I brought you home from the hospital. You are 18 years old now and all done with school. I remember my life at your age and I must say that I am SO proud of you. For all the decisions you have made concerning your life, your goals & your future. I am honored and blessed to have you as my daughter. You have been the pillar in my life when things seemed that they were falling apart. Thank you for your smiles & for making me LAUGH when all I wanted to do was cry (Carolyn, my dad). Now you begin a new chapter in your life. I am so excited for you and I can't wait to see the woman that you will become. I love this picture of you because I see your grandpa Manuels' eyes in you. Value yourself & others will also. Always, always put Jehovah first & everything should go well with you. As mother and daughter we share a very beautiful relationship, like no other relationship in this world. As you continue to grow, I will try my best to be like a guiding light, making sure that you don't end up doing something that will harm you in your future. As you enter adulthood, I want you to count on me & my love. Remember that you can always depend on me as one of your closest friends and confidant. ~MOM
